Bishkek, August 2 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Sooronbai Zheenbekov received Program Coordinator of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in the Kyrgyz Republic Evren Rutbil on the occasion of the completion of his activities in our country.
At the meeting, the head of government stressed that Kyrgyzstan occupies a leading place in the number of projects implemented jointly with TIKA in the whole space of Eurasia.
"Since the independence of Kyrgyzstan, TIKA made a support in our country for more than $ 60 million. We are talking about such major projects as the construction of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Hospital in Bishkek, as well as the reconstruction of the State Historical Museum. In addition, more than 40 projects have been implemented under the coordination of TIKA, and more than 300 events have been held devoted to various issues of developing market infrastructure and developing a free market economy in our country, " Zheenbekov said.
Evren Rutbil, in turn, noted that in his activities in Kyrgyzstan he relied on the benevolent support of the government of the republic. He assured that he will continue to make every effort to develop mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries.
Zheenbekov awarded Evren Rutbil with the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
