Zheenbekov leaves for Astana to participate in meeting of EEU intergovernmental council

BISHKEK, Aug. 13, 2017 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Sooronbai Zheenbekov flew to Astana (Kazakhstan) today to participate in the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union on August 13-14.

Zheenbekov will take part in the meeting of the EEU intergovernmental council in narrow and enlarged formats.

The Kyrgyz Prime Minister will also meet with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

In addition, within the framework of the visit, the head of government will hold a number of bilateral meetings with Prime Ministers of Kazakhstan - Bakytzhan Sagintayev and Russia - Dmitry Medvedev.

The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic included: First Deputy Prime Minister Pankratov, Minister of Transport and Roads Kalilov, Chairman of the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications Sharshenbiev, Chairman of the State Customs Service Sulaimanov, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kemelova, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sazbakov.
