Bishkek, March 20, 2018 / Kabar /. Students of educational orphanage in Nookat district of Osh oblast won 70 thousand soms for active participation in the contest within the framework of the World Money Week in Kyrgyzstan.
The organizers said that the amount from drawing contest Money matters will be directed to equipment of the creative class. The certificate of winnings was handed over to art teacher of the educational orphanage.
As it was stressed at the awarding ceremony, about 1000 children across the country participated in the drawing competition. Contestants who won were awarded with cash prize and certificates of honor from commercial banks who were organizers of the World Money Week in Kyrgyzstan.
The World Money Week kicked off on March 12 and the initiator of conducting the event was the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan. Within the framework of the Week, measures to increase financial literacy for both adults and children were taken throughout the country.
