World Bank predicts 3.5% GDP growth in Kyrgyzstan in 2017

Bishkek, June 2 / Kabar /. According to the forecasts of the World Bank in 2017, the growth of the economy of Kyrgyzstan will make 3.5%, the World Bank economist in the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Dubashov told today during the conference.

He said that the macroeconomic sector is not expected to be changed drastically.

"According to our forecast, the region's economy, including Russia, is gradually recovering. It is based on new energy prices and on the global changes that are taking place," he explained.

In 2018, according to the World Bank's forecast, GDP growth will make 4%.
