Tashkent, Apr. 13, 2018 / Kabar /. On Apr. 11 a regular meeting of working groups of government delegations of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border was successfully concluded in the city of Namangan, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry reported.
"During the meeting, the sides continued the work on the description of the passage of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border line through the sections that were not included in the agreement on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border of September 5, 2017," the report said.
The meeting was held in the spirit of good-neighborliness and mutual understanding. A protocol was signed after the talks.
Recall that earlier Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan delimited and demarcated 85% of undefined lines of borders.
