Bishkek, Sept. 20, 2017 / Kabar /. Business is the main locomotive and support of the country's socio-economic development, Prime Minister Sapar Isakov said congratulating entrepreneurs on a professional holiday.
He said that, business contributes to creating new jobs, forming a budget, attracting investments, mastering new technologies, expanding the market of goods and services, and, as a result, increasing competitiveness and diversification of the country's economy. Entrepreneurs develop various spheres of economy and contribute to the solution of many social problems.
Isakov said that the government is making efforts to support entrepreneurship, in particular, improving regulatory legal acts, reducing administrative barriers, regulatory fiscal burdens, and increasing access to financial resources.
"A constant dialogue is conducted with business to achieve a balance of interests. Measures are being taken for full-scale access to the Eurasian market, which opens wide opportunities for free movement of goods, services, capital and labor," the report said.
The prime minister said that within the framework of implementation of the program "Forty steps to a new era" the government intends to create "a favorable environment and incentives for adaptation to new economic realities, to bring enterprises to a new level."
