Project HOPE renders humanitarian aid to medical facilities and NGO in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 22 / Kabar /. On May 23, 2017 American charitable organization Project HOPE will make a donation valued at over $ 243,000 USD to medical facilities and NGO in Bishkek City, Chui and Issyk-Kul regions.

The humanitarian donation contains medicines, medical supplies and “Personal Energy Transportation” generously donated by leading pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, 3M, P.E.T., Covidien, Becton Dickinson and others.

Thanks to this humanitarian assistance over 35,000 patients will receive medical service for free with using medicines and medical supplies.

Also 36 people with disabilities will receive for free “Personal Energy Transportation”, which will improve their mobility, accelerate the process of rehabilitation and improve quality of life.

The humanitarian assistance will be delivered according to a distribution plan approved by the Ministry of Health based upon needs and requests from medical institutions and NGO.

Project HOPE has started to implement their activity in Kyrgyz Republic since March 2006. In the frame of Humanitarian Aid Program Project HOPE delivered for free to Kyrgyz Republic medicines and medical supplies on the sum over 81,099,630.63 USD from January 2011.
