Bishkek, Sept. 14, 2017. /Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov today held a working meeting on the draft of the republican budget for 2018 and the forecast for 2019-2020, the Kyrgyz Government’s press service reported.
During the meeting, the head of government set the task that in order to implement programs for the next year such as Taza-Koom and the government's commitments to increase the basic part of pensions, increase benefits, pay state and municipal employees, additional income for customs and tax payments.
"It is necessary to consider ways and possibilities to reduce non-priority expenditures and increase the revenue part of the country's budget. The Finance Minister needs to optimize the costs of maintaining government agencies," Isakov said.
