Bishkek, June 19 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev left for Russia for a state visit.
The visit is timed to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. During the trip, Almazbek Atambayev will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia were established on March 20, 1992.
Further, Almazbek Atambayev will visit Ufa and Kazan, where he meets with leadership of these regions.
It should be noted that this is the third and last state visit of Atambayev as the President. In 2014, the Kyrgyz leader visited China and in 2016 India for state visit.
