Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan strengthen bilateral cooperation between law enforcement agencies

Tashkent, July 13 / Kabar /. A delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan led by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Kursan Asanov had been in Uzbekistan on July 10-12 for working visit, the press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Tashkent reported.

The Kyrgyz delegation at the meeting with Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan Akromkhon Bobokhonov and the leadership of the Tashkent Central Internal Affairs Directorate discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation. As a result of the meetings, the sides reached an agreement on the elaboration of a new agreement on bilateral cooperation.

Within the framework of the visit, the guests got acquainted with the activities of city departments and units of the internal affairs bodies of the capital of Uzbekistan.

This visit was organized as part of the implementation of the agreements reached during the meetings of the presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in Samarkand and Astana.
