Bishkek, Nov. 14, 2017 /Kabar/. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov met today, with Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Kyrgyz Republic Andrei Strachko, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government reported.
During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of the Kyrgyz-Belarusian bilateral cooperation.
The Kyrgyz prime minister said that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the further development of relations with Belarus on the whole range of issues on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Sapar Isakov stressed the interest of the Kyrgyz side in studying the Belarusian experience in digital development and the introduction of advanced IT technologies. In particular, the Prime Minister noted the positive experience of Belarus in the automation of the fiscal system.
In addition, Isakov noted the need to intensify trade and economic cooperation between the countries.
Ambassador of Belarus Andrei Strachko stressed that one of the priorities of the bilateral agenda is the national project "Taza koom", being implemented in Kyrgyzstan. He also noted the possibility of sharing experiences on the launch of the Electronic Public Service Portal.
Andrei Strachko noted with satisfaction the positive activity of the Kyrgyz-Belarusian intergovernmental commission and stressed that the relevant state bodies are carrying out the necessary work following the results of their meetings.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed prospects for joint cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, education, as well as the possibility of holding mutual Days of Culture and Cinema.
