Beijing, May 16 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan and China signed an agreement on moving some enterprises from China to the Kyrgyz Republic, Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Arzybek Kozhoshev told reporters following the Belt and Road Forum held in Beijing, the capital of China.

He said that, this issue was first voiced in 2015.

"There is an overabundance of enterprises in China and therefore they began to move them to other countries. We would like to host the production of Chinese goods. To this end, we have provided partners with about 40 our industrial facilities, for consideration. If they are interested in a partnership, they can come. But the work will be carried out in accordance with international requirements and the issue of ecology is on the first place," he said.

The Minister of Economy also said that the population of Kyrgyzstan is alarmed, when they hear about moving excess enterprises from China. However, Kozhoshev assures that there are many pluses.
