Osh, April 6, 2018 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz-Tajik joint ventures are planned to be open in Batken town.
Batken governor Abish Khalmurzayev met with delegation from Soghd region of Tajikistan.
The Tajik delegation included of director of the enterprise Fortuna Ko, head of the trade and production department of the Soghd region Mumin Umarov and representative of the Sogd region in Batken region.
During the meeting, the Tajik delegation noted the rich experience of Tajik entrepreneurs in the production of building materials and offered to open in Batken a modern, up-to-date enterprise for the production of building materials.
In turn, Batken governor Khalmurzaev supported this idea and said that in the territory of Batken region there are all conditions for the creation of joint ventures. In particular, he told about 100 hectares of land in Leilek region and 187 hectares of land in Batken allocated for the construction of industrial enterprises where there is a free economic zone.
Further, the sides discussed the opportunities of the two regions to establish joint ventures. In addition, the Tajik entrepreneurs became acquainted with enterprises in the free economic zone in Batken.
