Bishkek, Sept. 19, 2017 / Kabar/. Athletes from Kyrgyzstan won 7 medals of different denominations on the third day of the Asian Games in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) in the closed premises on September 18.
Abdurahmanhadzhi Murtazaliev in the Jiu-Jitsu competition in the Ne-Waza discipline in the weight category up to 85 kg from Kyrgyzstan won the first gold medal.
Wrestlers Esenbek Kudaiberdiyev, Nazira Marsbek kyzy and Meerim Zhumanazarova became silver medalists of the tournament in the Turkmen wrestling.
Also Kenzhebek Shamshizhin uulu, Nazira Arzybekova and Uulkan Alibay kyzy became bronze medals holders.
As a result, on the results of three days of games the Kyrgyz team won 8 medals - 1 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals.
153 sportsmen represent Kyrgyzstan at the Asian Games in 17 sports: athletics, swimming, wrestling, basketball 3x3, wrestling on the belts, billiard sports, chess, sports dances, equestrian sport - jumping, futsal, jujitsu, kickboxing, Kazakh wrestling kurash, Thai boxing, sambo, taekwondo, national Turkmen wrestling.
