Bishkek, Apr. 24, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister Muhammedkaliy Abylgaziev held a meeting with heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Committee for National Security. The meeting was also attended by Vice Prime Minister Zhenish Razakov.

Abylgaziev noted the importance of proper maintenance of public order in the country and the safety of citizens.

"The society has a number of serious complaints against law enforcement agencies, including corruption. The fight against corruption, in the light of the decisions of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 8, 2018, must be conducted in law enforcement bodies without disregard for names and posts. At the same time, it is necessary to work on raising the personnel potential of the power bloc. Only professional, clean and not discredited employees should be involved in work of law enforcement bodies," he said.

Interior Minister Kashkar Dzhunushaliev and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Idris Kadyrkulov presented the information on the current socio-political and criminal situation in the country, as well as on the progress in investigating the resonant criminal cases of setting fire to a gold recovery plant in Toguz-Toro region and fire in markets in the cities of Bishkek and Jalal-Abad.

The Prime Minister instructed once again to study in detail all the circumstances of these cases and organize a working meeting on safety regulations in major markets of the country.

In addition, the Prime Minister instructed to make concrete proposals for the phased installation of photo and video-capture systems within the framework of the Smart City project in the cities of Bishkek and Osh.

"The implementation of this project must be carried out in accordance with a single standard, as transparent as possible, taking into account the experience of foreign countries and be understandable to ordinary citizens," Prime Minister Muhammedkaliy Abylgaziev said.
