Kyrgyz Ministry of Health and State Registration Service will create common database on born and deceased citizens

Bishkek, Dec. 26, 2017. /Kabar/. The Kyrgyz Ministry of Health and the State Registration Service (SRS) are working together to integrate a database on born and deceased citizens, the Ministry of Health press service reported.

To conduct state registration on born and dead facts following agencies received from SRS 16 laptops, 9 modems and 9 compomers to count biometric passports. They are: the Kyrgyz Research Center for Human Reproduction (KRCHR), the National Center for Maternal and Childhood Protection (NCMCP), Bishkek Maternity Hospitals No. 1 and 2, Bishkek Gynecological Hospital, Bishkek Perinatal Center, and the Osh Inter-Provincial Clinical Hospital.

At the moment preparatory work is being done. Employees of civil registration authorities under SRS will start registration work on born and deceased facts in near future in Bishkek and Osh maternity houses.

Current work is being carried out within the framework of the governmental program "Taza Koom" project.
