ITF President arrives in Bishkek

Bishkek, April 19 / Kabar /. The international instructors course will be held in Bishkek with the participation of President of the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) Choi Jung Hwa, president of the Taekwondo Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic Eduard Hegai told Kabar Agency.

He said that ITF President Choi Jung Hwa from Canada and the first vice-president Volmir Lehay from Moscow arrived in Bishkek.

"The international instructors course with the participation of the ITF President will be held in Bishkek from 19 to 20 April. Also representatives from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Canada, Czechia and America came to attend the course," he said.

Eduard Hegai added that the open championship of the Kyrgyz Republic on Taekwondo-ITF will be held from 22 to 23 April, where Choi Jung Hwa plans to see the level of conducting the competition in Kyrgyzstan for this sport.

In addition, Hegai said that in summer of this year Seoul will host the Asian Championship, where they will determine the venue for the next championship in 2019.

"We plan to host the Asian Championship in 2019 in Issyk-Kul, so we invited the leadership to see, assess the level and give permission," he said.
