Bishkek, August 4 / Kabar /. Chief of President’s Office of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov met with head of the representative office of China Telecom in Central Asia Xia Wei,. The press service of the Kyrgyz President reported.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the promising issues of cooperation in the implementation of the Taza Koom project.
Sapar Isakov said that it will take about five years to create the necessary infrastructure, and the program's goals are to be achieved untill 2040.
"By implementing associated technological solutions, we intend to significantly improve the access of our citizens to public services. Along with this, within the framework of the Taza Koom program, there will be creation of conditions for increasing the capacity of all regions of the country, Isakov said.
He said that, in order to achieve these goals, Kyrgyzstan is ready to consider the proposals of its foreign partners and study best practices in implementing major innovation projects.
In turn, the head of the China Telecom representative office in Central Asia, Xia Wei, expressed interest and readiness for cooperation.
"Our company has extensive experience in implementing innovative solutions in the telecommunications field. We are ready for a detailed study of Taza Koom program and the development of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan," stressed Xia Wei.
The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications Bakyt Sharshembiev.
