Bishkek, Feb. 10 / Kabar /. Investors from France are ready to invest $ 1 million in Karakol parks infrastructure.
Just recently at a government session the main priorities for 2017 have been declared, one of them was the attraction of investments into the country.
The first success in attracting investments was Issyk-Kul oblast. Investors from France are willing to invest $ 1 million. in urban infrastructure of Karakol parks. Investors asked to give for rent a park area of 3.5 hectares for 15 years.
According to their project, the landscape design will be changed in the park, it is planned to install a lighting system, benches, a fountain roller and cycling paths, as well as to establish an irrigation system and build a public toilet. In addition, it is planned to build a cafe
"A few months, together with the Issyk-Kul oblast state administration, we have studied this issue. As you know, Karakol is one of the most popular cities for tourists, but further development of the tourist potential of the city and the entire region is impossible without the appropriate infrastructure. Recently, investors made a preliminary presentation of the project. Now the process of discussion of the project is underway," said the representative of the State Agency for Investment and Export Mirlan Sabyrov.
He added that the proposal of foreigners is very interesting, because this square was abandoned for the past 20 years and did not represent tourist values.
Sabyrov said that at the present time, the Issyk-Kul authorities is actively working to attract investors from China, South Korea and Iran.
