Bishkek, Dec. 11, 2017. /Kabar/. E-health system started working in several hospitals of Kyrgyzstan, Ministry of Health Talantbek Batyraliev told. Within the framework of Taza Koom (Pure Society) project, conference was conducted dedicated to programs "Perspectives of Digital Government, Digital Education and Digital Health in the Kyrgyz Republic" .
The pilot projects started to be implemented in Issyk-Kul regional hospital, Osh children's hospital, Nookat hospital, Ala-Buka and Aksy territorial hospital, the Health Minister said.
"We must admit that there are shortcomings. There are many heads of hospitals, managers who even do not have any sense of E-health system. For example, we have accounting for more than 15 years, but unfortunately, not all health facilities have mastered it even in Bishkek. It is a shame that only two institutions are aware of this. It takes time for each manager to organize high-quality medical services. If a person is sick, he comes to the hospital, and there is a long line. It would be nice if a person could pre-register on electronic system," Batyraliev said.
Another direction of the Ministry of Health is drug supply. "Those who have money, can buy anything and anywhere. However, the Ministry of Health does not bear responsibility for quality, since it does not have supervision functions. There were a lot of objections when we have been introducing an electronic drug supply system for 1.5 years, "he added.
