Bishkek, Jan. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. Bicard cardiology clinic in Bishkek provided free services for the examination and counseling of people with disabilities, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
"The action we conducted for patients with disabilities is not charity, but a reminder that these people, like everyone else, have the right to receive highly qualified medical services, diagnostics and advice from good specialists. Many people forget that there are such people and they have the same absolute rights," chief doctor of the clinic Damir Osmonov said.
He also said that another goal of the action is to draw the attention of entrepreneurs and investors to health problems, which does not have enough resources to cover all the needs and requirements of the people with disabilities.
44 years old Zhyldyzbek, who was the first to come to the examination, said that he suffers from palpitations, especially at nights. He learned about the action on the radio. The rendered services have come in handy, because it's very hard to live for a pension of 5 thousand 900 soms.
"Doctors prescribe so many analyzes and free ECHO survey - it's generally good luck. As a former party worker, I do not part with the news every day, I saw a running line with the announcement, my son brought me here on crutches. I have heart failure. After the examination, a treatment was prescribed here and they told me to come back again,” one more pensioner Zinugul said.
