Bishkek, March 17, 2018 / Kabar /. Kurultay (meeting) in memory of those who died during the Aksy events of the April Revolution is held in Bishkek.
The Kurultayi is organized to honor the memory of the deceased and to remind how hard the Kyrgyz people managed to get rid of the two family-clan regimes and achieve stability.
"We, the participants of the Kurultay memory gathered here to remember our compatriots who were killed by the family-clan regimes during the Aksy events and the April revolution. Over the past 8 years, thanks to Atambayev's policy (ex-president Almazbek Atambayev), we have reached stability and Kyrgyzstan has begun to develop," said Amantour Zhamgyrchiev, deputy chairman of the Aikol Ala-Too NGO.
He said that in Kyrgyzstan, the electricity cut off stopped and roads are being built, and the election process is transparent, honest and fair.
"Neighboring countries started to envy us. The people of Kyrgyzstan began to be proud of their country. We are also proud to have fought for stability all these years," Zhamgyrchiev said.
