Avalanche on the Bishkek-Osh highway kills 4 employees of Ministry of Transport

Bishkek, March 28 / Kabar /. On March 28 at approximately 00:55 am rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan took out from the avalanche a Toyota Pick-up vehicle belonging to the Road Operation Enterprise # 23, inside of which were bodies of 4 dead employees of the Ministry of Transport. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to data of the press service, except for this, Lexus with 3 people (1 man, 2 women) was removed from the avalanche, they did not suffer.

Approximately at 02:30 rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations as a result of search and rescue work, found one more vehicle under the avalanche, where there were also three people ( two men and one female driver).

Totally 6 people were saved.

Minister of Emergency Situations, Major-General Kubatbek Boronov left for the place of incident.
