Aizada Subakozhoeva becomes Deputy Secretary General of SCO

Bishkek, Feb. 26, 2018. / Kabar /. By the decision of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Aizada Subakozhoeva has been appointed Deputy Secretary General of the SCO, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Aizada Subakozhoeva was born on Sept. 9, 1979 in Bishkek.

In 2001 she graduated from Bishkek Humanities University, Faculty of Oriental Studies and International Relations.

In 2004 - Faculty of International Relations of Peking University (Master's program).

Work experience:

2003-2004 - Freelance employee of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in China;

2004-2006 - Teacher of Bishkek Humanitarian University;

2005-2006 - Executive Director of the Chinese Language Center of Bishkek Humanities University;

2006-2007 –Third Secretary of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2007-2009 –Third Secretary of the Department of Eastern countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2009-2013 - Consul of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in China;

2013-2015 –Third Secretary, Second Secretary, First Secretary of the Department of Neighboring Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2015-2016 - Expert of the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2016-2017 - Head of the Situational and Analytical Sector of the Foreign Policy Department of the President's Office;

Since February 2017 - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Kyrgyz President's Office.

Has a Diplomatic rank - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic.

She is married and has a son.
