7 Kyrgyz citizens worked in hotel in Kabul, which was attacked by militants

Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2018. / Kabar/. 7 citizens of Kyrgyzstan had worked at the Intercontinental hotel in Kabul, which was attacked by militants, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.

"On Jan. 20, 2018, the terrorists attacked the Intercontinental hotel in Kabul. 7 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic had worked in this hotel," the report says.

According to preliminary information, the total number of dead and injured is about 50 people. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan are safe.

The Kyrgyz Embassy in Afghanistan is in touch with the above-mentioned Kyrgyz citizens and law enforcement agencies of Afghanistan. The diplomatic representation of Kyrgyzstan in the IRA will hold a meeting with these citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
